If you are affiliate marketer , I sure you will know Commission Junction ( CJ ), one of big and larger affiliate networking where most advertisers and publishers join to advertising and make money. With affiliate, have many ways you can make money with it, just take a few hours per day and you will get back a big money for that time give up. But sometime you will not get money easy like that.
What will be avoid your earning ?
I have join CJ to make money as publisher and i get a lot of success with my experience. Also I get a lot of reserve like wrong promote or un-paid for that product. What does it mean ? For example Lunarpages Affiliate Program in CJ. I apply for their program and start making money, spending a lot of time to do and end of month, I got reserve all of money. Why ? Just because:
I know this because that day one of my friend was purchase item from Lunarpages with my affiliate link. I review the rules of Lunarpages in CJ and:
They don’t tell me they won’t pay for basic plan or something like that. When you try to promote for any program in CJ, you should take care with this trouble. Maybe you will got reserve without any reason. CJ manager and advertiser handle us , who will handle advertiser ?
If they have mistake one time, how can you sure next time they won’t or how can you sure they won’t just take back money because they don’t want to pay for it ? You running your life by doing promote affiliate for their company, if you lost a sale/ a lead , maybe it’s small. But several of sale or lead, it will be big money. Just be ware !
After telling to some of my friend, defranc was tell me something like:

If you investigate carefully you will see that, 80% of the hosting companies in CJ belongs to a same primary company.
They tell you that pay $90 per commission and is something that works as you will promote then for 120 days before you notice that they reverse 60% of your commissions.
This is a scam that CJ knows but they still want to hold these companies and do not loose them for SAS.
Also try to simulate that you are interested in a hosting plan on their online chat and you will see that they will present you a link that bypass CJ tracking – no trackin = no commission.
Forget hosting companies, and thanks for posting.
