If you are begin with affiliate marketing and have not much experience about it. You might wondering what type of traffic will be good for your affiliate network account and will maximum your earning. What type of traffic ? Free traffic with many methods to get or just give out money to buy from anywhere ?
I also ask myself those question when I get stared with affiliate. It’s very hard question and cannot give you the best answers. But there is some of my experience, you can reviews if you want.
First, with free traffic such as social network or social bookmarking. It will be good if target with your niche and the type of products/services you promote for. But disadvantage of this type is cannot give you much earning because almost of it is low conversation rate. Most people just loading your page without interesting ( not all, just almost ) and leave.
Second, paid per click. You give money to somewhere and getting back traffic with target with your niche. It would be good such as Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing or some the others paid per click program. This method need your experience setting with keywords you want ( Google Adwors ). It will help you maximum your earning from these click from PPC program. I also doing this method for some of my blogs ( which using to promote for affiliate network ). I just got email from affiliate manager one time to ask me about ” where is your traffic from ? “. It’s very simple question, right ? I just need to tell that I’m using Google Adwords with my blogs. Attach to them with some proof, then okay. They never ask you again.
Third, purchase from someone. It would not be easy to find good place to buy traffic, except PPC. Not almost sellers give you good and quality traffic, you can waste your time and money with return nothing. Invest a lot of money and get $0 back. Do you want that ? No, believe me. Don’t waste money for this method. It might cheap, but not safe at all.
Fourth, search engine traffic. Yes. It’s good and I would like to increase my traffic from all major search engines. Most people come to your website with exactly purpose ( you were target them with keywords when you doing seo progress ).
